Position: Systems Administrator - Contract

Qualification:
2 years of Technical IT experience
Technical Diploma OR MCSA an Asset

Windows Server & desktop support Experience

Macintosh experience an Asset

Must have vehicle with Valid Drivers license to visit client sites.

Skills:

Proven hands on experience in Exchange, Active Directory and windows server 2003

Knowledge of BES, Backup Exec and Antivirus/ Anti Spam system

Ability to perform Systems & network troubleshooting.

Posses’ good knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, and windows 7

Networking skill in Servers, Firewalls, and switches

Experience in FTP, VPN, SSH, SSL

You are intelligent, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to give our clients the best service in the industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Job Duties:

Provide helpdesk and technical support remotely and on-site on Windows & Mac Environments
Monitor and manage ticket system.

Troubleshoot technical issues and find swift resolutions

Provide off-hours and on-call support for emergencies

Configure, install and support server hardware and software

Manage and maintain the corporate infrastructure servers and networking appliances

Visit client sites on a weekly basis to perform maintenance and provide on-site support.
